Birdsong house

This upmarket holidayhome at Ypres is a self-catering house with an excellent location. It’s situated at 300m from the Menin Gate. You can easily stroll into the town. The house is also facing the Ramparts, which is absolutely great. You can hear the birds singing. The view is calming and relaxing. The Birdsonghouse is situated in a quiet area.

The surface on the ground is 115m². The total surface is 240 m². Below there’s a the livingroom with a smart-tv, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffeemachine, microwave, oven, dishes and silverware, cooking basics and a stove), a toilet, terrace with growing grapes, the garage for the washing machine, dryer and some storageplace.

On the first floor you can find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath, 2 showers, double bassin, single bassin, toilet and hairdryer.

On the second floor there’s another spacious bedroom or a loft. 

A limited number of pets are allowed at 30 euro/pet for the length of the stay.
